Styria's wine country consists of three areas: South-eastern Styria, Southern Styria and Western Styria.

The Schilcher is not just another wine. It has achieved 'cult' status because there is no other wine like it anywhere else in the world.  

But Styria has more to offer than just wine. The Styrian castle route is lined with countless imposing edifices. Many of these architectural masterpieces are open to the public, though some still serve as private residences.
